Unlike some of its close relatives, it does not adorn its body with decorations. Husbandry: The Emerald Crab is one of the few herbivores that will eat bubble algae in an aquarium. It it prefers 'leafy' types of algae such as Ulva. It should be provided numerous rocks with plenty of algae upon which to hide and feed. This crab species is a good reef animal. | ||||
