Natural History: The Margarita Snail is found in temperate regions of the Eastern Pacific Ocean. It is common in rocky areas, grazing on diatoms and filamentous algae.
Husbandry: The Margarita Snail is a small 'working' aquarium species that will graze algae from rocks and glass, mainly at night. It is naturally found in the temperate East Pacific and 80°F is its upper limit for survival.
