Natural History: The Debilius Fairy Wrasse is found on rubble slopes in loose groups. It is observed to swim in a head-down manner on the reef.
Husbandry: The Debilius Fairy Wrasse is an active fish that requires frequent feedings. Males will fight with other males so only one should be housed per tank. An aquarium with live rock and numerous hiding places should be provided. A refugium that fosters the growth of zooplankton will help in the captive survival of this species.
