Diet: Algae
Natural History: The Golden Tiger Blenny is found on shallow reefs and estuaries among the branches of corals. It is territorial and will defend small patches of algae where it feeds. Juveniles are yellow overall while adults are a dark brown to black color.
Husbandry: The Golden Tiger Blenny may nip at clam mantles and small polyps of stony corals. If there is insufficient algae in the aquarium, supplements must be provided to this species. Rock with numerous hiding places should be provided for retreat space.
