Natural History: The Half Black Tang is found in clear reef channels. This species mimics the pygmy angelfish Centropyge vrolikii in general shape and color.
Husbandry: The Half Black Tang is a docile fish and should be housed with other unaggressive species. Most will accept prepared foods after aquarium acclimation. This fish species is considered an excellent reef tank fish.
