Family: Faviidae (Stony Corals)
Habitat: Frequently seen in lagoons and in deeper water.
Light: Medium   Water Flow: Medium   Space: 50+ gal.

Diet: These corals have zooxanthellae which provide much of their nutrition. It is believed they also feed on microzooplankton and directly absorb some nutrients from the water.
Natural History: Moseleya is found in reef lagoons and slopes with turbid water and muddy substrates. It has been found in intertidal zones and is generally restricted to shallower reef areas.
